In October 2007 Speirs and Major asked me to re-vamp their corporate site www.samassociates.com that I had originally designed for them as a ‘stop-gap’ back in early 2006.
The colour scheme was altered to white on black and the default landing page was changed to the news page so visitors could instantly see their latest work. The news pages was overhauled to give more prominence so it was image led – an obvious change really in hindsight as their work is incredibly diverse and (again obviously) visual. I continued to regularly update the site until August 2010 when they launched their new website to coincide with a new identity they had commissioned.
